When you submit the form, your information is sent over HTTPS to Formspree. Formspree processes the submission, applies its submission and spam controls, and delivers a notification to Fresh Tracks’ Gmail inbox. Submissions may also be retained in the Formspree account. Formspree may process technical information, such as an IP address and browser information, to operate and protect its service. Hosting, fonts, and technical information

Cloudflare Pages hosts and delivers this website. Cloudflare receives technical request information, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, and browser information, as part of delivering and protecting the site. See the Cloudflare privacy policy.

The website loads DM Sans and Libre Caslon Display through Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google’s font servers to load these fonts, which exposes technical request information to Google. See the Google privacy policy.

Cookies and tracking

The website code does not set cookies, save inquiry details in browser storage, or include advertising trackers. Cloudflare adds a Web Analytics script to the delivered pages to measure site visits and loading performance. This processes technical information such as page URLs, referrers, browser or device characteristics, and performance measurements. See Cloudflare’s data collection documentation and privacy policy. Hosting and form providers may also process technical information under their own policies. External links take you to websites with their own privacy practices.

Retention and protection

Submitting an inquiry creates records in Formspree and the Fresh Tracks email inbox. Clearing the form after a successful submission does not delete those records. Provider retention and deletion practices are governed by their services. This policy does not specify a fixed Fresh Tracks retention period. You can contact us to ask about retained inquiry information or request its deletion.

HTTPS protects information during transmission. No website, email service, or method of storage can guarantee absolute security. Service providers may process information in the United States or other countries.

Your questions and requests

We may need to confirm your identity before handling a request. Any applicable legal requirements and provider limitations may affect what can be deleted.
